Five phases from the foundation to release 1.0. Months are guide values counted from project start.

Every phase ends with a clear completion criterion. We update the status continuously from our project log.

Phase 0, Month 1-2
Foundation

Repository, contracts, local environment, error monitoring, servers, handbook, website scaffold.
Done when: Runs locally, staging deployed.
Phase 1, Month 2-4
Ingestion MVP
built, pilot pending
Connector runner, connectors for feratel, contwise, Outdooractive and GeoSphere Austria, medallion layers, entity resolution, golden record, REST.
Done when: Pilot data live.
Phase 2, Month 4-6
Delivery
built, pilot pending
GraphQL, webhooks, widgets, editorial interface for events and POIs, JSON-LD feeds and DCAT, import from destination.one.
Done when: Pilot site live, a tourism board maintains its own data.
Phase 3, Month 6-8
AI layer
in progress
Built: hybrid search, MCP server, answers with citations. In progress: translation and alt texts as suggestions. Planned: quality score, capture from documents.
Done when: Evaluations passed, every AI answer cites its sources.
Phase 4, Month 8-10
Pilot and release
planned
Pilot operation in the data centre, hardening, documentation, release 1.0, paid modules.
Done when: Ready for public tenders.
